QuickTime 7.0.1 Reinstaller for QuickTime 7.0.4

Apple has posted a Quicktime reinstaller on its software downloads site. Apparently there is some issues on some Mac models where the update caused some problems. If your Mac is one of those machines this download may help. The description from Apple says that “the Quicktime uninstaller will remove QuickTime 7.0.4 from Mac OS X and restore QuickTime 7.0.1.”

Has anyone experienced any issues after upgrading to Quicktime 7.0.4?

    Definately – after viewing videos at full screen, then “command – W” twice, it quits…

    So far Quicktime 7.0.4 update is working for me using a 17″ G4 iMac.

    QT 7.0.4 prevented MacMAME from launching on my eMac. Ran the uninstaller and everything’s fine now.
