this petition is for the rediculous pricing on rogers data. $60 buck for 1.25 MB of data is absolutely rediculous

we lead the world in telecommunications technologies and we have for 30 plus years, but we are now the joke for the global communications industry. price fixing and standing on old principals of price fixing and holding back technologies and services will not work in today’s marketplace. In africa last summer the wireless services and pricing in uganda makes Canada a 3rd world country and they are laughing at us.

This is a ridiculously long wait. I find it rather disturbing that Canadians are forced to wait for technology such as this while our Government touts our nation’s hi-tech savvy to the world. Does this make Rogers / Fido unpatriotic, or just unwilling to drop their outrageous data plan prices to allow the iPhone to work properly? Maybe we need a new cel phone company that is iPhone compatible.

I would have bought one if it were sold in an Apple Istore but from gougers like Rogers? Not in this lifetime. I’m here waiting for telus to come up with something better because ROGERS dropped the ball! Overpriced. Poor customer service. THIS is how you want your brand identified, Apple?

Got something to say?
